CHRISTMAS MENU

STARTER
1) DAL KACHORI - Crispy pastry parcels stuffed with lentils cooked with spices, ginger, green chillies and chopped cashewnut.
2) TANDOORI LAMB CHOP -Tender chops marinated in yoghurt, ginger garlic paste and spices cooked in the tandoor (W).
3) STEAMED SQUID WITH CHICKEN -Steamed squid stuffed with ground chicken and thai herbs served with a spicy sauce (W) .
4) BUTTERFLY KING PRAWNS -King prawns coated in indian spices and breadcrumb then lightly fried until golden, served with a date chutney.
  MAIN COURSE

Each served with your choice of either rice or naan

5) SPECIAL BALTI – Chicken tikka, lamb tikka, king prawn and lamb mince cooked with mushrooms, fresh tomatoes, peppers, onions, spices and garnished with fresh coriander (W).
6) CHICKEN RAZEELA - Chicken pieces cooked in curry flavoured with mint, coriander and chillies finished with a touch of cream and lemon juice (W) .
7) BUTTERNUT SQUASH & CHICK PEA CURRY -  A Bengal style curry, flavoured with panch phoran (5 seeds- cumin, fenugreek, mustard, fennel and onion seed) and asafoetida, mild .
8) STEAK LAU - Striploin steak cooked with thai spices served with stirfried mixed vegetables.
9) CHU CHI COD CURRY - Deep fried cod on a basil leaf, with finely chopped chillies and lime leaves in a thick red curry.

10) BANANA & PINEAPPLE FRITTERS - Fresh banana and pineapple coated in tempura batter lightly fried and served with vanilla ice cream.
11) TOFFEE LUMPY WUMPY -Served with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
12) WARM CHOCOLATE FONDANT -A little decadence, well ‘tis the season!!.
13) CHOICE OF ICE CREAM OR SORBETS -From the main dessert menu.
